HL Design & Build is led by owner Adam Hoover, who brings more than a decade of experience designing and building landscapes across Mid-Missouri. With formal training in horticulture and landscape design, the company is built on a strong foundation of technical knowledge and creative vision.
Extensive experience in the Lake of the Ozarks area has shaped a deep understanding of local terrain, soil conditions, and plant selection—allowing the team to create outdoor environments that are both beautiful and built to last.
